Wonderful

The hotel is closed to a beach and the room view is very nice. The staff of the property shows good hospitality, especially Ahmed Abdelrahman, he shared us his personal hotspot to let us book a taxi and also called the driver in Arabic to make sure the drive can find the right place.

Everything was great.

Internet access is the only major problem we had. The Internet signal was almost non existent in our room and when we had an Internet signal in the lobby it was extremely slow. The hotel normally organises events at night but we were told they will only start from July and our stay was in June. Apart from that, I highly recommend the hotel.

Watch out Booking.com, after a long history of using you I might not give you another chance

The variety of the food, the friendly staff, the natural beauty of the place.

The view from the suite is not overlooking the sea like the normal rooms. Steamboat activities are polluting the weather at the sea I am disappointed that Booking.com has overcharged me by 1500 EGP.

Ok. Could've been better for price.

Room was nice and spacious. Furniture looked good and felt comfy.

No activities even though water sports was mentioned on website. No swimming pool. Beach had old plastic bottles and cigarrete buds. Floor lookd smudgy and poorly mopped. Unwilling to help receptionist. Breakfast wasn't what i expected from a 4 star hotel. Unusual security questions over the room phone after check in. Didnt feel taken care of.

Fine place to stay to or from Siwa.

Beds and sheets were very nice. Breakfast was good. Right on the beach, but too cold for us to use at this time.

The bathroom cabinets were literally falling apart. Strange.

Location is marvelous..but the sea was not prepared well as it seems we are not summer yet,no free wifi and sea activities was all shut down but stuff and food and room facility were excellent..

Would stay here for more time

Quiet and stylish hotel on the edge of the city, just on the beach protected from sea waves, and not far away from Cleopatra's Rock. Ability to meet our special requests for the view from the balcony. Dinner (a la carte, till 22:30!) was very good. Hospitable waiter cared for us as at home.

I was disappointed to have a room facing a military camp and not the beach.

Spacious rooms and clean bed linen. Direct access to the beach. Well maintained facility.

-Our room was not on the beach and during reservation I received the confirmation my room will be on the beach. Our view was facing a military camp. -The breakfast and lunch was very disappointing. -On the second day, room service did not provide toilette paper

Relax. Sunny and white Sandy beaches - Little Paradise

Very nice hotel directly on the beach on a quite zone of the city and only few minutes from city center. Staff is super friendly and available. Rooms and beds are quite large and very comfortable. A very relaxing place. Nice Spa center with very good and qualified team.
